Wow. . . why am I not surprised. I have a feeling that we are only beginning to see the tip of the iceberg, and the real horror story will unfold in years to come. If you think about it, the Germans never saw it coming, the Russians never saw it coming, - they ALL think the govt is harmless!

Are you sure about this? I read every contract that I sign on the Internet and I couldn't find anything like that on the cash for clunkers website. Maybe I missed it in the jargon, but I'd like to see some proof.
